This package includes 10 professional edited high-resolution images with digital downloads, ensuring you have timeless keepsake to treasure and share. Cancellation Policy
RESCHEDULING: A client can reschedule this service up to 3 days before the prior confirmed scheduled session with no fee or additional costs . If rescheduling is communicated later than the 3 day period, there will be a 25 % rescheduling fee applied to all services purchased, with funds already paid applied to next schduled session . It is important to remember that rescheduling will be based upon availability and may delay or cause you to miss the time frame desired of your session and professional edit returns. In order for a rescheduling to be honored the client must reach out via , text , email, social medial platforms, website , with a confirmed response of rescheduling from Angelic Essence Newborn Photography. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: The grace period allowed will be 15 minutes . If you arrive later than this , the session length may be shortened accordingly to accommodate other schedule sessions . Sessions will be cancelled after 30 minutes of tardiness ,with 50% of the total cost of services purchased. CANCELLATIONS: You MUST cancel your own booking within 3 days of the scheduled session time via email at angelicessence@theangelicessence.com . *Note: In order for your session to be considered cancelled you must receive a response of cancellation from The Angelic Essence team. NO SHOW POLICY: If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your session time and have not contacted us with successful confirmation of tardiness , the session will be considered a no -show . With 0% refund of any services purchased. Please plan to arrive on time to ensure the best experience for you and your newborn . If you anticipate a delay , kindly notify us as soon as possible . Please reach out as soon as possible if your newborn or anyone in the session party is feeling unwell.
